This longstanding outfitter has some of the BEST mountain hunting areas in the Eastern cape and access to some really great trophy animals.

The Cape Kudu in this area are great and it is high on every hunters list whether its their first or 50th time to Africa. You will never get sick of hunting Africas grey ghost and no 2 Bulls are ever identical.
You will spend lots of time glassing for trophy quality bulls and you should shoot a great one here if you are patient.

The Vaal Rhebok are such a unique animal and the mountain hunting for them is superb.

Whilst chasing Vaal Rhebok you will also be on the lookout for a great Mountain Reedbuck trophy as these are found in a similar area.

The Mountain hunting here is physically demanding, expect to have some long glassing sessions and some steep climbs. The real trophy of the mountain hunting here will be the experience you leave with but you can expect to shoot some great trophy specimens.

The lodging will depend on the area you are to hunt on your particular hunt but all of the lodging this outfitter offers is exceptional with meals to match.

This hunt will mainly focus on the 3 species listed but we can create a custom itinerary for this trip.

This mountain hunt will be great, lots of glassing and walking will be the key.

Once a trophy animal has been spotted you will stalk in with your PH to get into a shooting position.

You will shoot off of shooting sticks so please practice before your safari!

Some shots in the mountains here can be at further distances (300-400m) so you MUST practice and be confident in your ability.

You and your PH will have lunch up on the mountain or if successful early, may have lunch at the lodge.

You will return to the lodge in the evening to enjoy a nice meal and locally made beer or wine.

Once your trophy is harvested the expert skinners will skin the trophy as per your desires, it is then tagged and put into the salt for delivery to the taxidermist shortly after your safari.
